摘要

規律的運動是維持個人身體健康非常重要的一種方式。因此各國政府無不積極推行相關政策與投入經費於運動產業上，希望國民能塑造出良好且規律的運動習慣。為了讓一個產業走向穩定且可持續的發展，供應商扮演著非常重要的角色。理想解類似度順序偏好法，是一套非常有效用於供應商的評估和選擇的方法，因其區分了利益準則和成本準則，並以距離正理想解越遠與負理想解越近的方案為最佳解。本研究為運用理想解類似度順序偏好法在一間A公司，用於找出其最適的運動服飾供應商。本研究之研究結果將可有助於運動產業業者進行解決供應商選擇問題，並可作為相關業者一種參考依據。

Regular exercise is an important part of keeping the personal healthy. Therefore, governments are actively implementing relevant policies and investing a lot of money in sports industry. In order to help companies move toward stable and sustainable development, suppliers play a very important role. The technique for order preference similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS) is a useful method for supplier selection because it distinguishes between benefit criteria and cost criteria, and chooses best solutions that are close to the positive ideal solutions and far from the negative ideal solutions. In this study, the TOPSIS method is used to select the best supplier for the case of tennis apparel in Company A. The results of this study can help managers in the sport industry to deal with the supplier selection problem and be a reference for other industries.
