摘要

本研究之目的為探討休閒農業產業融合的角色與路徑，以及透過產業組織與資源基礎理論分析其產業融合概況，找出其優缺點，再提出休閒農業產業融合的競爭路徑模式。最後，在鄉村振興的同時，各地須因地制宜，依據環境與資源競爭優勢，找出符合自己的休閒農業產業融合競爭路徑。

This study discussed the roles and the competitive paths, analyzed by industrial organizational theory and resource-based view for industrial integration to leisure agriculture in China, it advantages and disadvantages and finally a competitive model was drawn. Moreover, the policies should be made based upon its competitive advantage of environment and resources when considering to the rural revitalization. Then the competitive paths for industrial integration to leisure agriculture could be found for itself.
