本研究旨在探討運動員的訓練壓力、社會支持與競技倦怠三者間的關係。以107年彰化縣縣長盃拳擊錦標賽和彰化縣體育班運動員為研究對象,採用立意抽樣問卷調查,共發出502份問卷,回收有效的問卷為458份(男性376位、女性82位)問卷回收率達91.2%,回收資料以SPSS 12.0 for Windows套裝軟體進行統計分析,進行描述性、簡單迴歸、多元迴歸等分析。研究結果發現:國、高中運動選手之訓練壓力愈高時,其社會支持愈低。當訓練壓力之組織溝通愈高時,教師支持就愈低。且訓練負荷愈高時,家人支持就愈低。國、高中運動選手社會支持愈低,競技倦怠愈高。教師支持愈高,競技倦怠訓練因素、生理因素與心理因素的倦怠低。家人支持愈高,競技倦怠之生理因素與心理因素的倦怠愈低。朋友支持愈高時,競技倦怠之訓練因素與心理因素的倦怠愈低。本研究結論可提供體育教師、教練或相關訓練人員,找尋教師、家人與朋友支持的輔導與協助,以降低訓練壓力、競技倦怠表現。
This study explores the correlation between training pressure, social support, and competitive fatigue. A total of 502 questionnaires were used for this study and effective questionnaires were 458 (376 males and 82 females) in the 107th Changhua County Executive Cup Boxing Championships and Changhua County Sports Talent Class athletes. The data were analyzed by purposive sampling. The data acquired were processed by SPSS for windows 18.0 software. A descriptive study, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used for statistic study. The results show that The higher the training pressure of junior and senior high school sports players, the lower their social support. The higher the organizational communication of training stress, the lower the teacher support, and the higher the training load, the lower the family supports. The lower the social support of junior and senior high school sports players, the higher the competitive burnout. The higher the teacher support, the lower the burnout of competitive burnout training factors, physiological factors, and psychological factors. The higher the family support, the lower the burnout of the physiological and psychological factors of competitive burnout. The higher the friend support, the lower the fatigue of the training factors and psychological factors of competitive burnout. The conclusion of this study can provide physical education teachers, coaches or related trainers. Teachers, family, and peers support counseling and assistance to reduce training pressure and athletic burnout.
