本研究旨在探討彰化縣公務人員運動參與程度、工作壓力與幸福感之關係研究,並以彰化縣公務人員為研究對象。本研究共發出436份問卷,有效問卷400份,有效問卷回收率為91.74%,以「運動參與程度、工作壓力與幸福感」為研究工具。資料處理採描述性統計、簡單迴歸及多元性迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析。在研究背景資料人口統計上以女性53%從事運動者居多,年齡也以51~60歲為主要,本研究結果歸納如下:一、公務人員運動參與的次數增加對工作壓力之「焦慮」及「疲勞」具有負向之影響。二、公務人員運動參與程度的頻率增加對幸福感之「自我悅納」及「身心健康」有顯著之影響。三、公務人員工作壓力越低幸福感皆有顯著之影響。故公務人員運動參與程度越高工作壓力就會越低;工作壓力越低幸福感就會越高。最後,根據研究結果提出建議,希望藉此研究結果提供公務人員未來在職場上能夠參與更多的休閒運動,提升工作效率,增加生活幸福感。
This study explores the relationship between the participation of public servants in Changhua County, the pressure of work and the sense of well-being. The research subjects are based on the national examination, and the qualifications for the appointment of public servants are the main conditions. The questionnaires are distributed in Google form to facilitate the sampling method. 436 questionnaires were retrieved, 400 valid questionnaires, and the effective rate of the questionnaire was 91.74%. The questionnaire data were analyzed and statistically analyzed by SPSS computer software. The research methods used in the study were: descriptive statistics; simple regression and multiple stepwise regression, the results of the study are as follows: 1. The increase in the number of participation of public servants has a negative impact on the "anxiety" and "fatigue" of work stress. 2. The increase in the frequency of participation of public servants has a significant impact on the "self-acceptance" and "physical and mental health" of happiness. 3. The lower the work pressure of public servants has a significant impact on happiness. Conclusion: The higher the participation of public servants, the lower the work pressure will be; the lower the work pressure, the higher the happiness will be.
