台中市國小高年級生人格特質與運動參與程度之研究

本研究旨在探討國小高年級生的人格特質與運動參與程度之影響。研究對象為110學年度臺中市國小高年級學生，採問卷調查法，以「人格特質量表」與「運動參與量表」為研究工具，刪除無效問卷12份，有效問卷524份，有效問卷率97.8%。針對高年級生之人格特質與運動參與程度做現況分析，經SPSS電腦統計軟體進行描述性、相關分析、t檢定及多元迴歸等分析，研究結果顯示：國小高年級生人格特質外向性傾向最多；運動參與程度平均每星期約3次，時間每次約30分鐘，強度多為尚輕鬆。人格特質與運動參與程度呈現低度正相關。開放性人格特質表現程度越高，運動參與程度就越高；神經性人格特質表現程度越高，運動參與程度就越低。希冀研究發現可作為後續研究參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of personality traits and sports participation in senior elementary school students. The research objects are the senior students of Taichung Elementary School in the 110th school year. The questionnaire survey method was adopted. Using the "Personality Trait Scale" and "Sports Participation Scale" as research tools, 12 invalid questionnaires were deleted, and 524 valid questionnaires were obtained. The effective questionnaire rate was 97.8%.Based on the current situation analysis of the personality traits and sports participation of senior students, the SPSS computer statistical software has carried out descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, t test and multiple regression analysis. The research results show that: 1.The personality traits of senior elementary school students tend to be extroverted; the average level of sports participation is about 3 times a week, and the time is about 30 minutes each time, and the intensity is mostly relaxed. 2. There is a low positive correlation between personality traits and sports participation. 3. The higher the performance of open personality traits, the higher the degree of sports participation; the higher the performance of neurological personality traits, the lower the degree of sports participation. It is hoped that the findings of the study can be used as a reference for follow-up research.
