建構中醫護理學之數位內容與學習平台

Setting up Digital Content and E-Learning Platform for Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing

摘要


資訊科技發達的今日,數位學習已成為學習的新趨勢,以中國大陸、台灣、香港和新加坡來說,除了使用華文外,傳統上十分注重教育,因而發展華文地區的數位學習,使之具有全球的競爭力。 近年來,隨著國人對中醫就醫比例的增加,為提升中醫護理專業知識與技能,促進中醫護理教育普及化,因應中西醫護理照護發展之需要,進而提升各醫院護理人員素質,中醫護理人力的培育,也成為護理專業發展的重要課題。 因此運用在網路的環境中,讓學習中醫護理者,可以獲得許多資源來擴充學習管道,不再受限於傳統面對面授課,固定時問、地點的限制,朝向多元化以自我導向的學習來建構自己的知識,以達到終身學習的目標。 故本研究目的為建構中醫護理學之數位學習平台;作為中醫護理學之資訊化教學及學術研究之參考依據。研究方法透過文獻分析以建構理論為依據,運用網路模式的教學與學習及網路系統平台功能設計,利用多媒體技術發展一套中醫護理數位教材;並將設計完成的教材置於網頁上,供學習者線上學習。研究成果可提供產官學界對於中醫護理教育數位化推行之參考。

Today as information technology is being developed by leaps and bounds, e-learning has become the new trend of learning. In those areas including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore, all people are speaking Chinese language. Besides, they share the characteristics in common, notably their serious concern about education to develop into e-learning oriented to the Chinese speaking communities, bringing up competitive edge the world over. In recent year more and more people in the Chinese speaking communities throughout the world are learning traditional Chinese medicine. To help boost expertise and technology & know-how, popularize traditional Chinese medicine nursing education to better live up to the needs in traditional Chinese medicine nursing, upgrade the development of high-caliber professionals and experts in these areas in hospitals, we should be focusing on medicine nursing development. In the cyber website environments today, we should provide wound ambiance to enable traditional Chinese medicine nursing learners to make possible added channels available to learners, free of confinement in fixed hours, designated locations toward diversified, comprehensive and multifaceted learning to obtain the expertise within their needs toward the goals of lifetime learning. The present study is, therefore, intended to set up the e-learning platform for traditional Chinese medicine nursing learning to provide sound grounds in information oriented education and academic studies on the traditional Chinese medicine nursing. In methodology, the study will be conducted using cyber mode education and learning, network system platform function design. Making use of multimedia skills, it will build a set of traditional Chinese medicine nursing digital teaching materials. The teaching materials so designed will be provided onto online web pages to enable learners to learn through online mode. The fruits so yielded in the study could be used for the business, academic and government celebrities as handy reference in the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine nursing education.
