摘要

本文是描述一位懷孕27週新生儿死亡，面臨哀傷的產婦，於95年8月28日至31日之護理經驗。筆者運用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態進行評估，歸納出生理、心理層面的健康問題有疼痛、哀傷及睡眠型態紊亂。照護期間發揮同理心，藉由陪伴、傾聽、會談等護理活動，協助個案走出低潮，盡快回復先前生活型態。希望藉由此護理經驗，提供護理人員照護此類個案之參考，發揮同理心，予情緒支持，進而深入會談，瞭解產婦的失落與哀傷，以發揮護理專業功能。

This paper is to describe a lady who terminated pregnancy at 27 weeks. The Gordon's functional health assessment guide was adopted. Pain, grief, sleep pattern disturbance were found and empathy was applied through the nursing care process. The nursing care activities included companion, listening, and interviewing to facilitate the lady going back her life. This paper provide a basis of knowledge with caring a lady when face grief. It is important to enhance nursing professional by using in-depth interview to understand the grief process of a postpartum woman who had a newborn baby died.
