中醫“治未病”思想對醫學美容的應用

摘要

醫學美容的觀念逐漸被廣泛認同，透由醫學美容，實現人們對於愛美與留住青春的渴望。但是光靠手術、藥物等醫學手段，修復和塑造人體美仍顯不足。若能結合防治概念，落實「整體之美」的維護，將使醫學美容更具備包容性與前瞻性。中醫“治未病”思想正是倡導人們注重養生，防患於未然。有鑒於此，本文統整中醫“治未病”學說相關文獻，以瞭解治未病在醫學美容所扮演的角色，無論從早期防治、日常養護、攝生延年等，皆可作爲增進醫學美容策略發展的依據。

The idea of medical cosmetology is well recognized, and people commonly use medical cosmetology to keep themselves looking young and beautiful. But to rely on an operation or medication to maintain a youthful appearance or reshape the body is still not enough. If we can combine the concept of prevention, such as maintaining a healthy diet, with cosmetology, we come one step closer to the goal of total beauty as well as a more effective and holistic future status of the art. The idea of disease prevention in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is about encouraging people to pay attention to their daily life routine, especially to their diet and exercise. This research examines disease prevention throughout the history of TCM, which can be used to gain a fuller understanding of the potential role of disease prevention in medical cosmetology.
