華德福幼教師輔導幼兒行為之研究

A Study of Children's Behavioral Counseling by Teachers at Waldorf Kindergarten

摘要


本研究旨在呈現華德福園所幼兒之行為,及幼教師輔導幼兒行為之方式,並探討輔導過程中教師對幼兒行為之觀點。研究者進入標榜華德福理念的抱抱托兒所,採用質性研究法進行實徵性的蒐集與分析,對兩位幼教師為期五個月的觀察,並輔以訪談,最後依據研究發現,對現場幼教師、師資培育機構及未來研究提出相關建議。

The purpose of this research was to investigate the behaviors of children and to analyze the strategies of Waldorf Kindergarten teachers in the counseling of children. The research was conducted at the Waldorf Kindergarten in Taichung City. Data collection took place over five months. This research employed a qualitative approach; the methods of collecting data were observation and interviews. This research can provide insights for early childhood education teachers, aid in teacher-training, and provide a foundation for future research.
