本研究採用質性研究的訪談方式進行,立意取樣5位發展遲緩兒童的家長,進行訪談,搜集與分析資料,以詮釋家長在選擇早期療育措施上的考量、抉擇與安排。結果發現:(一)家長獲取早療資訊管道有:透過其他家長的分享,上網查尋,主動求問醫師、治療師或學校教師,親朋好友及機構提供。(二)家長選擇醫療的原則為:就近、交通方便,具備專業水準,能獲得家長認同並對治療的方式有正面的經驗和感受。(三)家長認為理想的早療課程為:適合自己的孩子,要能切合兒童的發展步調與能力,使兒童願意參與及能掌握孩子的情緒,並且能提供良好的刺激,讓兒童及家長願意持續不間斷地參與。本研究提出的建議為:(一)發展遲緩兒童個案取樣之建議。(二)加強早期療育資源訊息服務,增闢語音專線,並鼓勵志工投入早療的服務行列。
This study aimed to interpret the considerations, choices and arrangements of the parents of children with developmental delay while choosing the early intervention measures. Based on the purpose of this study, interviews with 5 parents selected by purposive sampling was gathered as necessary data and expectedly provided findings that might prove forethoughts for the early intervention choices for deliberation of parents of children with development delayed. The results showed within three aspects as (a) the pipeline of parents gain the information of early intervention; (b) the principles of parents choose the medical treatments; and (c) the perfection of the early intervention programs. According to the results shown, the study suggested as followed. First, the proposed sampling of cases of children with developmental delay. Secondly, strengthening the promotion of early intervention information, addition the voice line service system and encouraging more volunteers participate into the early intervention service.
