The international mobility of nursing students is an inevitable trend. The curriculum design of nursing does not only include classroom lectures but also variety of clinical practices. Hence, the encounter issues of international students studying nursing program in Taiwan, which includes learning and living adaptation, but also involves more from the impact of language, interpersonal interaction, and culture. This article addresses the experience of the nursing department of I-Shou University when counseling international students in learning nursing and proposes relevant strategies for sharing.
