摘要

國際化為全球各個國家發展的重要趨勢，護理教育同樣期望能與國際接軌。海外交流學習經驗可擴展學生國際觀及加強國際競爭力。筆者藉由此次參加教育部「學海築夢」學習計畫，至美國密西根州東密西根大學(Eastern Michigan University, EMU) 學習。筆者在美國參與大學護理系的課程，了解臺灣與美國護理教育的異同之處，進一步反思在見習過程中值得學習的地方，提出臺灣護理教育可再加強之處，期望藉由本文讓讀者了解美國的護理教育，並對護理國際化能有進一步認識。

There is currently a significant trend toward internationalization throughout many countries worldwide. Nursing education in Taiwan is looking forward to making a connection with the global village as well. Therefore, the students can broaden their global perspective and strengthen the international competitiveness by international programs. The authors took the opportunity to participate in the study abroad program, which was offered by the Ministry of Education to the Eastern Michigan University (EMU), USA to learn the differences of nursing education between Taiwan and America. On further reflection, the authors came up with a conclusion and hopefully, by providing valuable information on American nursing education for the readers to have a better understanding about nursing internationalization.
