一位高齡寡婦的生命歷程之分析：復原力觀點

全世界均面臨人口高齡化的問題，台灣已於2018年正式邁入高齡社會，臺南市人口老化指數逐年增加，於2017年5月底65歲以上人口占總人口比率已達14.03%，女比男多65歲以上人口占15.04%，其中喪偶人數有118,467人，女性多於男性（臺南市政府民政局，2019）。高齡女性化是未來台灣社會無法改變的發展趨勢。本研究欲探討一位喪偶寡婦之生命歷程觀點。研究方法採訪談，內容進行分析，探究阿吉嬤的生命歷程，研究結果發現：（1）勤儉持家翻轉「菜籽命」的命運；台灣20年代貧窮鄉村出生的女童是「菜籽命」，但是卻有很強韌的生命力，不服輸、不願屈服在命運之下；（2）傳統女性的生命意義重視個人成就是傳宗接代發展；（3）女性的生命歷程中性別角色，會因生命遭受重大波折而改變；（4）女性高齡者生命脈絡中呈現生命的韌度；（5）宗教信仰帶給高齡者平安與力量。

The world is facing the problem of aging population. Taiwan has officially entered an aging society in 2018. Year by year the population aging index of Tainan City has been increased. At the end of May 2017, there are 14.03% of the total population for the proportion of people over 65 years old. There are 15.04% of the population of women over 65 years old, including 118,467 widowed persons, and women population is more than men (Tainan Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, 2019). The feminization of the elderly is a development trend that Taiwan society cannot change in the future. The propose of this research is for analysis the journey of an elderly widow life. The research methods were using interviews, content analysis, and analysis of Ajima's life journey. The research found that: (1) Diligent and thrifty housekeeping favors the destiny of ＂Rape -seed Life＂. In 20^(th) century, girls who was born in the poor villages of Taiwan is called ＂Rapeseed Life＂, but they have strong vitality. They will not admit defeat and are unwilling to succumb to their fate; (2) The significance of traditional women's life and the importance of personal achievements is the succession of generations; (3) The gender role of women's life will change due to major up and down in their lives; (4) The resilience of life is shown in the lifeline of the elderly women; (5) Religion brings peace and strength to the elderly.
