近幾年來學校體育教學,從運動技術層面慢慢轉爲體適能教學課程,教育部更鑑於國民體能的好壞對於國民健康家庭和樂與國家社會的競爭力影響深遠,實施一連串的校園體重控制計畫及體適能護照等措施,藉以從小在學校中建立健康行爲。 本研究以阻力訓練爲研究主題,以92學年度第二學期台灣大學體育興趣選項修習體適能一之學生爲研究對象,每週一次,每次二小時,並於第二次及第十六次上課時實施身體組成及體適能的測驗,透過一學期的教學課程了解其教學前後的變化與差異。經統計結果分析,在身體組成及體適能中,只有蹲伏起立有顯著的進步,但從前後測得結果分析,整體而言身體組成及體適能仍獲得改善。阻力訓練主要在於肌肉適能的提昇及身體組成的改變,阻力訓練在其教學課程上仍有其重要性及必需性。
Instead of placing the emphasis merely on the development of mental skills, Taiwan physical educational system has changed its goals to bring students an overall balance towards fitness, health and hygiene. This is also considered to be beneficial to the general healthiness of Taiwan citizens' family lives as well as improving national competitiveness. The main idea of resistance training is to improve physical fitness and modify body composition. An experiment was carried out in a physical education selective course during the second semester of school year 2003 in the National Taiwan University (NTU). This weekly course lasted for two hours each time, and the students' body composition and physical fitness were recorded in the second and sixteen week. Statistics from a one-semester physical education course in the National Taiwan University revealed that applying resistance training obtained an overall improvement in body composition and physical fitness of the participants. In particular, there was a significant enhancement in crouch-stand ability of the students.
