排球運動員之熱情、基本心理需求及運動員倦怠的關係

Relationships among the passions, basic psychological needs, and athlete burnouts of collegial volleyball athletes

摘要


本研究之目的在探討大學排球運動員之熱情、基本心理需求及運動員倦怠的關係及預測情形,研究對象為參與105學年度複賽之公開二級大學排球運動員191位,採用問卷調查法,研究工具為大學排球運動員之熱情、基本心理需求及運動員倦怠量表,資料分析採用描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸等。研究結果指出:(1)大學排球運動員之調和式熱情能負向的預測情緒及身體上的耗竭、對運動的貶價、減低成就感及運動員倦怠,但強迫式熱情則無法有效預測運動員倦怠因素;(2)大學排球運動員之勝任需求及關係感需求能有效預測對運動的貶價,且關係感需求能有效預測減低成就感及運動員倦怠,但三個基本心理需求因素無法有效預測情緒及身體上的耗竭。結論:大學排球運動員之調和式熱情、勝任需求及關係感需求等因素能有效預測運動員倦怠。建議未來大學排球教練能夠塑造一個調和式熱情的訓練及學習環境,並與排球運動員保持良好的互動關係,可以有效減低運動員倦怠的情形出現。

The purposes of this investigation was to explore the relationships among the passion, basic psychological needs, and athlete burnout of collegial volleyball athletes. The subjects were 191 volleyball athletes who participated the second-level of the 2016 collegial volleyball competition in Taiwan. The method was questionnaire used to collect those data. The instrument was the scale of passion, basic psychological needs, and athlete burnout of collegial volleyball athletes. Those data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. The results were as follows: (a) Athlete burnouts of the emotional and physical exhaustion, the sport devaluation, and the reduced sense of accomplishment of collegial volleyball players were negatively predicted by the harmonious passion (HP), and those were not significantly predicted by the obsessive passion (OP). (b) the athlete burnout of the sport devaluation of collegial volleyball players was significantly predicted by basic psychological needs of the competence and the relatedness, and it of reduced sense of accomplishment and the whole athlete burnout was significantly predicted by the psychological of the relatedness. However, the athlete burnout of the emotional and physical exhaustion of them was not significantly predicted by the basic psychological needs of the competence, relatedness, and autonomy. In conclusion, athlete burnouts were negatively predicted by the harmonious passion, and basic psychological needs of competence and relatedness. It advised that volleyball coaches needed to cultivate a harmonious passionate learning and training environment, and to develop good relationships with volleyball athletes to reduce the situations of athlete burnout.
