政府自1995年起推動校園體適能推展政策已二十餘年,對於執行成效與體適能現況應持續調查與瞭解。本研究目的在:探討、比較與預測大學學生體適能態度、規律運動動機與體適能現況之關係。方法:以1,079位大學學生為研究對象,透過問卷調查與體適能檢測方式,瞭解學生體適能態度、規律運動動機及體適能現況,進而比較與預測各變項間關係。結果:1.大學學生對於體適能之態度以體適能利益為重、主要規律運動動機以外在動機誘因為主、體適能各項表現均呈現下滑現象;2.不同背景變項大學學生在體適能態度及規律運動動機具有顯著差異存在;3.大學學生規律運動動機對於規律運動習慣養成具有預測效果。結論:1.大學學生體適能態度正向、規律運動動機不足及體適能現況下滑;2.不同運動頻率與運動時間之大學學生在體適能態度及規律運動動機具有差異存在;3.大學學生內在動機對規律運動養成具有預測效果,透過體適能校園推展與宣傳並建立考核機制可改善體適能態度及現況。
Taiwan government has been promoting the policy of school fitness promotion since 1995, and it has been continuously investigated and understood the status of implementation effectiveness and fitness. This study aimed to explore the relationships among fitness test results, physical fitness attitude, and regular exercise motivation in university students. Methods: A questionnaire survey and physical fitness testing were conducted on 1,079 college students to understand their physical fitness attitude, regular exercise motivation, and physical fitness condition, and also figure out the relationship between comparison and prediction variable. Results: 1. University students' attitudes towards physical fitness focused on physical fitness benefits, external motivational incentive are the foremost reasons of the main regular exercise motivation, and physical fitness performance is declined; 2. There are apparent differences in physical fitness attitude and regular exercise motivation between university students with different backgrounds; 3. Regular exercise motivation of college students has a predictive effect on regular exercise habits. Conclusion: 1. College students have a positive attitude towards physical fitness, lack of motivation for regular exercise, and decline in their current physical fitness; 2. College students with different exercise frequencies and exercise times have differences in their physical fitness attitude and motivation for regular exercise; 3. The intrinsic motivation of university students has a predictive effect on the development of regular exercise. The physical fitness attitude and current situation can be improved through physical fitness campus promotion and publicity and the establishment of an assessment mechanism.
