The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among learning motivation, learning satisfaction, and learning achievement, also make a further investigation on the mediating effect of learning satisfaction. We took physical education students of Eagle College as subjects, adopt purposive sampling as the survey technique, and receive 326 valid questionnaires. The research instruments cover the scale of learning motivation, the scale of learning satisfaction, the scale of learning achievement. Data was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM). Learning motivation was positively related to learning satisfaction. Learning motivation was positively related to learning achievement. Learning satisfaction was positively related to learning achievement. Learning satisfaction played an intermediary role between the other two variables. Based on the results, suggestions for future study and implications for instruction are provided.
