企業規模對遴選主管決定因素之影響研究

摘要


過去研究對企業規模都是以績效做為指標,較缺乏有關不同的企業規模在任用主管時所重視的因素,同時,由於大部分主管是由內部升遷而來,是否信任的因素會干擾到遴選的決定,是本研究的主題。經實證研究後發現以下結果: 一、企業規模愈大,在遴選主管因素(管理才能、工作態度)上,愈不重視主管的管理才能。 二、企業規模愈小,在遴選主管因素(管理才能、工作態度)上,愈重視主管的工作態度。 三、信任會干擾企業規模對遴選主管的決定因素(管理才能、工作態度)。

In the past researches, enterprise size was always benchmarked by its performance, however very few researches have been done on the influential factors regarding the enterprises' size to its executives' selection. At the same time, since many executives were promoted internally, does that mean whether the trust factor will motivate the selection decision is the main topic of this research. Through examination, the results are as follows: 1. The larger the size of the enterprise is, the more attention is paid to the executives' work attitude rather than management competency. 2. The smaller the size of the enterprise is, the more attention is paid to the executives' work attitude. 3. Trust factor will motivate enterprises' executive selection decision.
