職場友誼與組織政治知覺之關係

A Study of Relationship between Workplace Friendship and Perceptions of Organizational Politics

摘要


本研究之主旨為探討職場友誼與組織政治知覺之關係,並以組織層級為干擾變數,前人研究指出職場友誼與組織政治知覺有不一致的關係,由過去相關文獻亦無法獲得解答,職場友誼可分為工具性友誼與情感性友誼,似乎對組織政治知覺有不同的影響,經由過去的理論文獻與邏輯推論,組織層級可能會對職場友誼對組織政治知覺產生干擾影響,本研究以問卷方式蒐集資料,針對不同產業員工發出問卷。本研究結果顯示職場友誼對其組織政治知覺具負向之關係,而組織層級並無干擾效果。最後,依據實證結果針對實務與未來研究提出建議。

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between workplace friendship and perceptions of organizational politics. Moreover, this study is also to explore the moderating effect of organizational level. Previous studies state that there may be an inconsistent relationship between workplace friendship and perceptions of organizational politics. By reasoning, organizational level may have some effect of the relationship between workplace friendship and perceptions of organizational politics. Data for this study were obtained by means of questionnaires from different industrial employees. The empirical data stated that workplace friendship is negatively associated with perceptions of organizational politics, but organizational level does not have the moderating effect on them. Practical suggestions and future suggestions are also provided.
