This study is aimed at Chinese-funded enterprises investing in Taiwan, and explores the incentives for Taiwan's economic environment, which will enable Chinese-funded enterprises in Taiwan to have a willingness to continue investing. After the analysis of the questionnaire, the following results were found: First, when there are well-known enterprises, or the ones with merits to learn in the market, Chinese enterprises will have the imitate behavior and obviously generate sustained investment willingness. Second, the close proximity to the corporate values of the host is an important factor. Under the corporate values as moderator, it is possible to strengthen the positive impact between industrial clustering and technological innovation on the willingness to continue investing.
