通識教育專任教師教學品質評鑑之研究

A Study on General Education Teachers' Teaching Performance Assessment

摘要


隨著社會環境、價值認定的轉變,各大專校院的教育目標與教學方法,勢必隨之調整與適應;附眾化與多元化的教學內容,漸漸得到肯定,因此,透過通識課程來培養學生的文化素養、獨立思考能力、科學知識和宏觀視野,也漸趨重要;不過針對通識教育的教學品質進行學術性研究者,卻不見增加,因此期盼本研究能夠尋找適用之模式,進行通識教師教學品質較客觀之評鑑,提供日後研究者之思考方向。 由於已有攸關兼任教師之相關研究論文發表在前,因此本文重心將以專任教師為研究對象。 本研究以單因子變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸分析統計方法,探討學生對通識課程專任教師教學滿意的程度,並分析學生個別條件對於教學品質的評鑑結果,最後並建立一個簡易評估迴歸模式,做為評鑑教學品質的參考。結果發現:(1)、對於教學品質具有有中等以上的滿意程度居多,(2)、就學生個別條件對於評鑑結果沒有顯著差異,(3)、不同課程與整體教學品質評鑑結果,顯示沒有顯著差異。

The general education objectives to provide students diversified artistic appreciation, ability to think independently, science knowledge, cognitive view and that was important topic for discussion in every college. But the general education teachers' teaching performance are few and far between these researches. We adopted one-way ANOVA and Multiple Stepwise Regression., Our finding can be summarized as: (1) The students was satisfaction in teachers' teaching performance.(2) Whosesoever the student's gender, grades, and respect of majors, that were rejected different satisfaction (3) Compare individual with whole curriculum and that will be find which is not difference in teachers' teaching performance. At last, The back of an envelope Multiple Regression model was obtain for general education teachers' teaching performance assessment in this research.
