本研究之目的在於探討護理人員工作負荷、健康狀況與其工作滿意程度之現況及其關係。採橫斷式相關的研究設計,研究工具為自覺健康狀況量表、工作負荷量表、工作滿意度量表及個人基本資料,研究對象為南部某醫學中心工作滿6個月以上正式編制且未擔任行政主管的女性臨床護理人員。採全面普查方式,共回收935份問卷,回收完整有效問卷為830份(佔88.7﹪)。研究結果顯示:(1)基本屬性而言,年齡較輕、教育程度為專科(含)以下、目前進階層級為N1、在一般科別工作者其工作滿意度顯著較高;(2)自覺身體狀況愈佳者,其工作滿意度愈高;(3)自覺工作負荷愈大者,其工作滿意度愈差;(4)護理人員的工作滿意程度平均為2.81分(滿分為4分)。本研究結果未來可以提供護理主管了解影響護理人員其工作滿意度的相關因素,以作為改善護理人員工作滿意度參考之依據。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among nurses' Workload, Self-Perceived Health Status and Job Satisfaction. This was a cross-sectional correlation study. All nurses enrolled in the study had worked over than 6 months in a medical center in the southern Taiwan. In total, 830 registered nurses completely finished the Workload, Self-Perceived Health Status and job satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed that: 1)a positive correlation was found between job satisfaction and younger age, lower level on nursing ladder, and working in the general ward; 2)The workload, and self- perceived health status show a positively relation to job satisfaction; 3) the mean score of job satisfaction on a 4-point scale was 2.81. These findings provide valuable information for nursing administrators to identify the impact factors among workload, and self-perceived health status and job satisfaction, and contribute to an overall picture of nurses' job satisfaction at the clinical nurses in order to enhance the quality of nursing care.
