摘要

目的：本研究主要在探討男性性功能障礙之性生活態度及就醫行為之相關性。方法：研究採用結構式問卷方式，以立意取樣搜集高雄市某區域教學醫院之住院及門診個案與家屬，年滿20歲以上有性生活為研究對象共搜集357位有效樣本，調查內容包括病患之人口學、性功能障礙、性生活態度及就醫行為。搜集之資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、spearman's相關檢定等統計方法進行分析。結果：年齡（F=12.731，P＜0.001）、教育程度（F=4.575，P＜0.001）、是否合併其他疾病（t=3.779，P＜0.001）和性功能有顯著差異； 年齡（F=2.447， P＜0.05）、教育程度（F=2.285， P＜0.05）、是否合併其他疾病（t=3.275，P＜0.01）與性生活態度有顯著差異；性功能、性生活態度、就醫行為三者之間呈顯著正相關。結論：本研究結果可作為日後臨床醫護人員面對此類患者時，可以提高相關知識並藉以提供衛教之参考。

Purpose: The study was used the questionnaire to investigate the sexual life attitude and the medical behaviors in male sexual dysfunction.Methods: Using the purposive sampling to collect the patients and families who are over 20 years old and have sexual experiences in one of the teaching hospital, and 357 were responded. It was surveys the population of patients, sexual dysfunction, sexual life attitude and medical behavior. The data was collected and analyzed by using descriptive statistics, independent- sample t test, one way ANOVA, Spearman's rank correlation coefficient.Results: The age, education level, and within others complication was influenced sexual dysfunctions. The age, education level, and within others complication was influenced sexual life attitude. The result of sexual function, sexual life attitude and medical behavior had positive and significant association by using the Spearman's rank correlation coefficient analyzed. It means that if sexual function is normal, the sexual life attitude and medical behavior becomes better.Conclusion: The study could become a reference for the medical practitioner to promote the health education when they face this kind of patients.
