Examine the Relation among Nurses' School-Work Conflicts and Their Coping Strategies

摘要


目的:本研究目的旨在進行一個護理人員在職進修的學習與工作衝突對其因應策略影響之結構方程模式檢定,以探討護理人員在職進修的學習與工作衝突與其因應策略之關係。方法:本研究採方便取樣,以某科技大學護理系二技在職專班239名在職進修護理人員作為研究對象。透過問卷調查方式進行資料收集,並以SPSS16.0 for Windows及Amos7.0進行統計分析。結果:研究結果發現研究資料支持本研究提出的假設模式。結論:本研究提供相關醫療機構在未來的人力資源管理與人員面臨角色間衝突時之參考與建議。

Objective: The major purpose of this study was to examine the relation among nurses' school-work conflicts and their coping strategies by Structural Equation Modeling.Methods: By the method of convenient sampling, there were 239 nurses who were taken as samples. The research instrument used structural questionnaire and the software of SPSS 16.0 for Windows and Amos7.0 were used for data analysis.Results: This study showed the research data supported the hypothetical model in this study.Conclusions: This study provided the suggestion and improvement in order to be the reference to medical administration and nurses.
