Objective: The major purpose of this study was to examine the relation among nurses' school-work conflicts and their coping strategies by Structural Equation Modeling.Methods: By the method of convenient sampling, there were 239 nurses who were taken as samples. The research instrument used structural questionnaire and the software of SPSS 16.0 for Windows and Amos7.0 were used for data analysis.Results: This study showed the research data supported the hypothetical model in this study.Conclusions: This study provided the suggestion and improvement in order to be the reference to medical administration and nurses.
