Accidental foreign body ingestion is not an uncommon problem encountered in emergent practice. When foreign bodies are ingested, they usually pass spontaneously through the entire gastrointestinal tract and out in the feces. The foreign body encountered for the gastrointestinal perforation is rare and the more rarely in abdominal wall abscess formation. Herein, we report an extremely rare case of abdominal wall abscess secondary to fish bone penetration of the jejunum in 21-year-old man Down's syndrome patient who had no previous abdominal surgery.
