居家施打長效針劑對思覺失調症患者主要照顧者生活品質之影響

摘要

目的：為瞭解居家訪視的思覺失調症病人，當病人施打抗精神病長效針劑相較於口服精神病藥物，主要照顧者生活品質是否有所差異。期望依據研究成果，提供思覺失調症病人及其家屬都能獲得較高品質的醫療照護，並提升其生活品質。方法：本研究採橫斷式研究設計，研究對象為居家規則訪視思覺失調症病人，採便利取樣，研究對象共90人。於居家訪視時收集資料，研究工具採結構式問卷填答。結果：結果顯示居家思覺失調症主要照顧者生活品質在病人施打抗精神病長效針及口服藥物間的生活品質並無顯著差異。結論：為維持思覺失調症病人病情穩定，施打長效針劑對病人有其必要性，讓病人規則用藥，達到穩定病人病情的效果。因此，避免病人用藥中斷，不僅提升精神科病人的照顧品質，同時也提升主要照顧者生活品質。

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the quality of life of caregivers had a significant difference when providing care for both schizophrenia patients with long-acting anti-psychotic injections and oral psychiatric drugs, through home visits. According to the study results, it is expected to promote evidence-based care to enhance the medical care and the quality of life of patients and their caregivers. Methods: A crossed-sectional study design was used in this study, and the participants of the study were schizophrenic patients from regular home-care visits. A total of 90 subjects and their caregivers were selected for the convenient sampling. During home visits, all the data were collected with a structured questionnaire given to fill out as the research tools. Results: The results showed that there was no significant difference in the quality of life of the caregivers when taking care of schizophrenia between the patients who received long-acting antipsychotic injections and oral drugs. Conclusions: To maintain the stable condition of schizophrenic patients, it is necessary to administer long-acting injections to the patients, so that the patients can use the medicine regularly to achieve the effect of stabilizing the patients' conditions. Therefore, avoiding the interruption of patients' medication will not only improve the quality of care of psychiatric patients but also enhance the quality of life of the caregivers.
