以基督教的靈修觀點重新思考安寧療護與安樂死的心靈生活品質問題

摘要

針對安樂死與安寧療護的病患與家屬，面對死亡一直是很難克服的問題，雖然安樂死與安寧療護逐漸合法化。更重要的現象是越來越多的慢性病患者亦面臨相同的精神負擔與經濟負擔，像長期洗腎病患或慢性長期糖尿病患者。這些都是目前法令所無法兼顧的範圍，潛伏在這些族群後面的問題是人如何面對死亡，面對這等待過程，所以安寧療護與安樂死的心靈生活品質問題需要認真面對。本研究從基督教的靈修模式來思考安寧療護與安樂死的心靈生活品質問題，經過比較與分析，本研究認為應從靈修過程為開始，讓病患與家屬勇敢面對生命的生離死別，讓靈修將死亡的恐懼轉化為生命的種子，轉化為積極的生命觀。

As far as the patients and regarding families in these cases of euthanasia, hospice care are concerned, it's hard to overcome the issues in front of death, even through the policy legitimization. Behind these cases, it's very important to note that more patients of chronic disease would face the economic and spiritual burdens, such as the cases of hemodialysis as well as diabetes mellitus .The potential issue is not covered by law, especially the period of facing death .From the perspective of Christian spirituality, this study ponder the life quality of these cases of euthanasia, hospice care. Through the analysis, this study suggests to start up the spirituality, to turning aforementioned people to go through the process of the period happily as well as aggressively.
