摘要

台灣有許多重要的文化資產，在《文化資產保存法》公布實施之後，官方及民間為使文化資產不致流為僅具保存與觀賞價值的古蹟或建築，紛紛致力於各項文化資產的轉型與活化，許多文化資產因此得以結合文化部推動之《文化創意產業發展法》進行轉型再造，本文中即以各類文化資產與文創產業的結合，探討兩者結合之發展與侷限，進而思考當前文化資產轉型的重要課題。

There is a very important subject of cultural heritage in Taiwan. After the ＂Cultural Assets Preservation Act＂ was promulgated, the official and the civil devoted to make the cultural heritage to be useful and not only an old thing in somewhere. Much of the cultural heritage changed to be Cultural Creative Industries. In this study, it's explores the development and limitations of the two, and try to find the problem in transformation of cultural heritage.
