摘要


近年來由於資訊科技的快速發展,以顧客為滿意的快速回應系統(Quick Response System, QRS),也逐漸的成為企業在市場競爭上的重要策略。目前國內物流的廠商多以物流配送的角度,來看一家公司的競爭力,或服務顧客的績效水準,本研究即透過個案研究的角度,探討捷盟行銷公司在物流管理系統之配送7-11上的效益,並歸納出成功關鍵因素。

Owing to the prompt development in information science and technology in recent, it regards Quick Response System, (QRS) as customer satisfactory gradually becomes the important tactics of enterprises on the market competition. At present, domestic logistics manufacturers always depend on delivering logistics to evaluate the competitiveness of a company, or the customer's serve performance level. The purpose of this research is to probe into benefit on 7-11 delivery logistics of the management system of Victory Alliance marketing company, and find out the successful key factors.
