中小企業策略導向與創新績效之研究

The Study of Strategic Orientation and Innovation Performance in Small and Medium-sized Businesses

摘要


在快速變遷的時代來臨,全球化已然成為不可抵擋之趨勢,企業雖擁有更多的市場機會,但不確定性與競爭程度也日益提升。尤其在各種產業產品生命週期短,競爭激烈,企業更應重視創新的速度,藉由整合組織內各項有利企業創新的資源,來建立起企業的競爭優勢,進而提升企業創新績效表現。因此本研究利用此一觀點切入,探討策略導向、組織學習以及創新績效的影響,透過相關分析與簡單迴歸分析對各研究假設加以驗證結果發現策略導向與組織學習之間呈顯著正相關;組織學習對創新績效之間呈顯著的正向關係,此一實證結果說明了中小企業經由策略導向,經由組織成員之間的學習上,幫助企業成為具備創新的競爭優勢,同時也對創新績效有正面的提升。

In the fast changing age, globalization has become an overwhelming trend. Though the companies have more opportunities and larger markets, they face higher level of uncertainty and competition. Especially in multiple industries, the life cycles of the products are short, and the competition is keen, so the companies should emphasize more on the speed of innovation and integrate all the internal resources that can contribute to innovation to build competition advantage, and then the companies can promote innovative performance. Therefore, the objective of this research is to investigate the relationship among strategic orientation, organizational learning, and innovation performance.The result shows that strategic orientation has positive effect to organizational learning, and organizational learning also has positive effect to innovation performance. The result also shows that companies can build innovative competition advantage and promote innovation performance through strategic orientation.
