房仲業於現代社會環境中與個人生活息息相關。除具備應有專業知識外,房仲業務員若能具有較高的逆境智商、情緒智慧,將有助提昇工作動機。因此,本研究旨在比較不同個人背景變項之房仲業務員在逆境智商、情緒智慧與工作動機之表現差異與瞭解逆境智商、情緒智慧與工作動機之相互關係,以及探討逆境智商與情緒智慧對工作動機之影響程度。本研究以南部房仲業務員113名為研究對象,採問卷調查法。經分析後,發現男性房仲業務員之情緒智慧高於女性;逆境智商、情緒智慧與工作動機有顯著正相關。整體而言,逆境智商與情緒智慧對工作動機有顯著的預測效果。據此,房仲業務員宜提昇逆境智商與情緒智慧,以激發工作動機。本研究建議強化房仲業務員逆境智商,提昇女性房仲業務員情緒智慧,進而提昇工作動機與促進房仲業務績效。
Real estate is relating to individual's life in modern society. Except possessing professional knowledge, real estate agents have high adversity quotient and emotional intelligence which leads to promote work motivation. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to compare the demographic differences of real estate agents on adversity quotient, emotional intelligence, and work motivation. It is also to examine the relationship among adversity quotient, emotional intelligence, and work motivation as well as the impact of adversity quotient and emotional intelligence on work motivation.The research subjects were 113 real estate agents. This study utilized the questionnaire survey method. The findings indicated that real estate agents of male manifested higher emotional intelligence than those of female. The relationships among adversity quotient, emotional intelligence, and work motivation were statistically significant correlated. As a whole, adversity quotient and emotional intelligence were the best predictors of work motivation. Accordingly, real estate agents shall promote adversity quotient and emotional intelligence in order to arouse work motivation. The implication of this study is to strengthen adversity quotient of real estate agents as well as emotional intelligence of female, which will encourage work motivation and then promote sale performance.
