循序式生產系統最適檢驗站設置之比較研究-動態規劃法與蟻群演算法

A Comparative Study for Optimizing Inspection Strategies in Serial Production System - Dynamic Programming and ant Colony Optimization

摘要


在現今社會中,品質是人們越來越重視的關鍵。在製造業裡,循序式生產製造系統方式仍為主流,品質檢驗更為重視,在將商品交至客戶手中之前需要經過相當多的製程,而在製程中會因各種因素而產生不良品。因此,本研究將針對循序式生產製造系統裡的最適檢驗站做為研究對象,並運用動態規劃法、蟻群演算法找出在最低總生產成本下,最適品質檢驗站之設置位置與數量。以一範例說明本研究之決策法則與應用方式,並將研究結果與結論,作為後續研究並期許能提供給業界應用之參考。

In current society, quality of production is more important than before. The serial production system is still the mainstream in the manufacturing industries, before the product delivery to customer, the product need to go through many processes, then it could produce defective products. In this study, we use the Dynamic Programming and Ant Colony Optimization to find the optimizing inspection strategies in serial production system. Demonstrated by an example the decision rule applied in this study and the findings and conclusions, as a follow-up studies and hopes to provide to the industry's reference.
