隨著時代的進步,資訊科技越來越發達,面對一個以顧客為導向的市場,業者要如何正確且迅速的做好最適存貨管理,同時滿足企業利潤極大與顧客需求,是不容易的,為了節省不必要的庫存成本,擁有良好的存貨管理是不可或缺的。本研究目的是使用零售業POS系統所收集之大量交易資料,利用統計方法了解商品需求分配後,建構出一存貨模型,以找出各商品之最適訂購量及再訂購點(Q,R),達到總期望利潤最大化之目標,同時由於商店的空間限制,因此將坪效分析納入考量,藉由各商品每單位體積之利潤,調整訂購量使空間做最有效的利用,對參數及儲存空間進行敏感度分析。最後,提出六點結論,作為後續研究及實務應用之參考。
With the progress of information technology, we face a customer-oriented market, the firm manager how to properly and quickly make optimal inventory management strategy that meets the. Corporate profit maximization and customer demand is not easy. For saving the unnecessary cost of inventory, a good management strategy is essential. The purpose of this study is to use a large number of transaction data that collected by the POS system, the use of statistical methods to fit the demand distributions and then constructing an inventory model to identify the optimal order quantity and reorder point that achieve the profit maximization. Considering both the store space limit and the ratio of sales floor efficiency for each commodity, the ordering quantity was adjusted to improve the sales space performance. Sensitivity analysis were taken for various parameters and storage space. Finally, six conclusions, for future studies and practical application.
