應用智慧行動APP於銷售點管理系統-以網路商店為例

The Study of Applying Smart Mobile APP to the Point-Of-Sale Management System: The Case of the Internet Online Stores

摘要


C2C電子商務型態,分為拍賣平台以及非拍賣平台,社群網站以及部落格,屬於非拍賣平台之網路銷售通路,其銷售平台並非專門架設給網路店家進行交易活動,不屬於拍賣平台供應商,無法提供網路商店賣家有效之銷售資訊,同時,對於銷售訂單的管理十分困難及不便。因此,本研究使用雛型模式方法,以客製化之方式,發展出一套輕型銷售管理系統之行動應用程式,透過智慧型手機作為媒介,將網路店家之銷售模組隨身帶著走,提升紀錄銷售訂單的便利性以及資訊可靠性,促使網路商店賣家提升競爭優勢。

C2C e-commerce types, divided into auction platform and non-auction platform, social networking and blogs, are non-auction platform sales channels, its not specifically set up for store trading activities while the sales order management are very difficult. Therefore, a method prototype model used in this study, used customized manner to develop a lightweight mobile application sale management system, through a smart phone, sellers can used this mobile application wherever he/her go, to record sales order, and to enhance the convenience and reliability of information. Promoted online store sellers more and more competitive advantage.
