摘要

本研究主要透過系統思考方法-因果回饋圖探究企業經營模式，並以日常清潔用品供應商為例，經過分析與探討後得到以下結果：首先了解一家持續成長的日常清潔用品供應商必要先準備好充足的供應量，以及供貨速度才能因應龐大的訂購量，在競爭激烈的產業中生存；再者透過因果回饋圖發想出一套可以針對不同情況的經營模式，因此透過系統思考中的因果回饋圖作為發想的依據，可突破企業所面臨的營運盲點。

This study primarily applies systems thinking approach for business strategy. The focus of the work is to use causal loop diagrams (CLD) and feedback loop analysis (FLA) as a base tool in studying and analyzing the system for a daily cleaning products supplier. This analysis can thus help corporate managers to improve their understanding of industrial processes, and therefore better design marketing and production plans in a highly competitive industry.
