摘要

在現今交通發達的世代，人們用以移動的工具包含了汽車、機車、腳踏車以及大眾運輸等等，但大部分的人還是以汽、機車為主。由交通部所統計的資料來看，歷年來的行車肇事件數不斷地在攀升。而當事故發生時證據的保全更是格外重要，此時行車記錄器在釐清事故的原因中扮演著重要的角色。因此本研究針對影響使用者使用行車紀錄器的因素進行探討。本論文透過整合性科技接受使用模式(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, UTAUT)為研究架構，探討行車紀錄器的使用意向及實際行為，針對使用者進行問卷調查，並透過敘述性分析、相關分析、路徑分析以及調節變相的分析，了解受訪者目前對行車紀錄器的使用意向及實際行為。結果顯示：使用者對行車紀錄器的績效期望、努力期望以及社會影響，對於使用行車紀錄器的行為意向具有顯著的影響，表示使用者對於行車紀錄器的績效期望、努力期望以及社會影響，會影響使用者使用行車紀錄器的意願；而使用者對行車紀錄器的促成條件以及使用行車紀錄器的行為意向，對於使用行車紀錄器的實際行為具有顯著的影響，表示使用者對行車紀錄器的促成條件以及使用行車紀錄器的行為意願會影響使用者使用行車紀錄器的實際行為。最後針對研究結果提出若干建議，提供未來研究者建議。

The development of traffic is making progress nowadays. People use cars, motorcycles, bicycles and public transport to move. But most people still used cars and motorcycles to move. The data that counted by Ministry of Transportation showed that over the years the number of traffic accident continue to increase. And when the accident occurred, the preservation of evidence is particularly important. Therefore tachograph plays an important role in clarifying the cause of the accident. In this research, we use the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the research framework to study the user's behavior intention and actual behavior on use of car camera recorder. We use the questionnaire survey, to understand the user's behavior intention and actual behavior on use of car camera recorder in currently. The results show: Performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence would have significant influence on behavior intention. In addition, facilitating conditions and behavior intention would have significant influence on actual behavior. Finally, a number of recommendations for research results provided to future researchers.
