高雄芋筍節觀光季遊客參與動機、遊憩體驗與滿意度之研究

A Study of Tourists, Motive of Participation Recreation Experience and Satisfaction in Kaohsiung Taro and Bamboo Shoots Festival

摘要


高雄甲仙芋筍節是地方節慶活動,自2000 年起已連續舉辦15 年。在國內相關的地方節慶活動中擁有很高的知名度,每年都會運用不同的創意主題並結合地方產業特色及歷史人文來呈現。本研究在探討遊客參與高雄甲仙芋筍節的參與動機及遊憩體驗與滿意度的影響關係。主要是要瞭解:一、遊客參與高雄甲仙芋筍節活動的現況;二、探討不同遊客不同人口統計變項在參與動機、遊憩體驗與滿意度之間的差異;三、探討參與動機、遊憩體驗與滿意度之間的關係。本研究採問卷調查法,以參加現場活動的遊客為對象。調查統計結果顯示:不同人口統計變項在參與動機與滿意度具有部分顯著性差異。遊憩體驗與滿意度具有部分顯著性差異。因此,對政府相關主辦單位及甲仙區農會提出建議為:當地農產品及體驗活動、公共設施方面要加強與改善,以吸引遊客。

The local festival Kaohsiung Jiasian Taro and Bamboo Shoots Festival has been held for 15 years since 2000. The festival that combines a variety of creative theme with historical and cultural features as well as local industrial products is with high visibility in Taiwan. This study aims to investigate the relationships among tourists’ motivation of participation, recreation experience, and satisfaction at Kaohsiung Taro and Bamboo Shoots Festival. The purpose of the study is to examine the followings: First, the current situation of tourists’ participation of the festival; Second, the differences among tourists with different demographic variables in correlation to motivation of participation, recreation experience, and satisfaction; Third, the relationships among motivation of participation, recreation experience, and satisfaction. The study adopted the questionnaire survey method, and the subjects were the visitors participating in the festival. The results indicate that the different demographic variables have a partial significant difference on motivation of participation and satisfaction, whereas the recreation experience and satisfaction have a partial significant difference. Therefore, suggestions should be made by the local government and Jiasian District Farming Association and are stated as follows: to provide local products, to offer experiencing activities, and to strengthen the public facilities in order to attract tourists.
