This paper analyzes the concept of ”school power” through the perspective of school politics. First of all, the article aims primarily at the core concept of ”school power” including power theory, benefit theory, and conflict theory. Secondly, it discusses school power changes from authoritative era to democratic period. Thirdly, it analyzes the power structure that the school organizes at present. Finally, it makes some suggestions of implementing balance of school power. Hopefully, it may be able to dispel the unreasonable political behavior of school and reach the rationalization that the power of the school uses.
