五專學生社會支持與情緒智力、自我認證之相關研究

A Study of Social Support, Emotional Intelligence and Ego Identity for Junior College Students

摘要


本文旨在探究五專學生的情緒智力、自我認證,以及社會支持現況,並分析不同背景學生在這三方面的差異,更比較社會支持滿意度高低分組的情緒智力、自我認證差異。文中以五專生為研究對象,以「情緒智力量表」、「自我認證量表」和「社會支持量表」為研究工具,共得有效樣本352份,經以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等方法進行探討後,主要結論如下:1. 五專學生之情緒智力、自我認證,以及社會支持滿意度皆屬中等以上程度,但仍有相當的提升空間。2. 低年級、社團參與、與父母同住者有較高的情緒智力。3. 男生在自我確認構面的能力優於女生,高年級學生在性別對立混淆構面確認度高於低年級。4. 女生、與父母同住者的社會支持滿意度皆高於男生、未與父母同住者,而一年級則在情緒性的支持上較五年級的滿意度高。5. 社會支持滿意度高分組,其情緒智力表現、自我認證程度皆較低分組為高。

The purpose of the study was to explore the current conditions among emotional intelligence, ego identity and social support of junior college students. The differences for the variety of students' backgrounds in emotional intelligence, ego identity and social support were analyzed. We also compared the relationships between high and low satisfactions of social support with emotional intelligence and ego identity respectively. In this study, a sample of 352 junior college students was collected and ”Emotional Intelligence Scale”, ”Ego Identity Status” and ”Social Support Scale” were used as our research instruments. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way analysis of variance, etc., .The major findings were as follows:1. Junior college students' emotional intelligence, ego identity and satisfaction of social support were above average, but that can be improved.2. The lower school years, extracurricular activity involvement and living with parents of junior college students had higher emotional intelligence.3. Male students had higher ”self certainty” than female students. Senior students had more sense in ”sexual polarization and confusion” than junior students.4. The students who live with parents and the girls reported higher satisfactions in social support. The first year students had higher satisfactions in emotional support than the fifth year students.5. The students had higher satisfactions in social support, and they had the more sense in emotional intelligence and ego identity.
