摘要

「現代國樂」是一種新的國樂型態，就其本質而論，「現代國樂」是否屬於中國音樂，其實是值得討論的，更精確的說，「現代國樂」中音樂的意涵與美學概念，甚至文化特質與傳統的中國音聲藝術是否相吻合，甚至傳統中國音聲藝術是否擁有如西洋music的概念，都是值得討論的課題。「國樂」一詞本身也是一種對其他中國民間音樂漠視的象徵，當國樂一詞出現時，站在國樂的另一面或是未被國樂一詞包括的其他音聲藝術，就有被忽視的危機，國樂與現代國樂混為一體，而使得中國傳統的音聲藝術通通流為民間音樂，本論文重點討論因為政治性因素而出現的國樂，其內涵與定義再加上隨後因之發生的現代國樂的文化現象，如國樂對中國音聲藝術的影響，文化上的傳承與斷續，現代國樂成為當前中國音聲藝術教育的主流之展望及其影響。

”Contemporary Chinese orchestra” is a new form of Chinese orchestra. In terms of its very nature, whether it belongs to Chinese orchestra is worth discussing. More accurately, the music connotation of contemporary Chinese orchestra with the concept of modern aesthetics, the correspondence between its cultural characteristics and the traditional Chinese musical art, even whether traditional Chinese music shares the same Western concept about the word ”music”, are all worth discussing. The phrase ”Chinese music” is also a sign of ignorance towards other Chinese folk music. When the phrase comes out, other Chinese musical art-which is not included, or standing on the other side of it-will be at the risk of being ignored. When Chinese orchestra and contemporary Chinese orchestra come together, all of the Chinese traditional musical art will be categorized as folk music. This paper focus on the appearance of Chinese orchestra due to political factors, the definition and connotation of Chinese orchestra, and the cultural phenomenon of contemporary Chinese orchestra that occurred after it. Such as the influence of Chinese orchestra to the traditional Chinese musical art, cultural continual and intermittent heritage, lastly the prospect and influence of contemporary Chinese music as the present main stream of traditional Chinese music education.
