閱讀-口語表達-反思寫作教學法之應用研究-以管理學概論為例

A Study on Application of Reading-speaking-reflective Writing Method in Curriculum of Introduction to Management

摘要


課程設計與教學方法是達成教學目標及培養能力的核心。傳統的教學方式大多著重講授與知識積累,缺乏口語表達及批判性思考的訓練,導致學生很難提出自我的看法並與他人分享。管理學是一門實務的科學,學生的課程學習更須深入省思理論與環境的連結,其教學法不應侷限於講授與測驗。本論文提出閱讀-口語表達-反思寫作的教學設計,藉以培養學生具有閱讀理解、批判性思考、報告寫作及口語表達的能力,以符合商管教育多元能力培養的目標。研究結果顯示,學生普遍具備閱讀與書面報告撰寫能力,但反思寫作與口語表達能力偏弱,未來課程設計可朝向加強反思寫作的引導與練習,與鼓勵課堂中口語意見表達,以強化內省與溝通的能力。

Curriculum design and teaching methods are important for achieving teaching goals and building core competencies. Most of the traditional teaching methods focus on lecture and knowledge accumulation, and neglect oral expression and critical thinking training, which makes it difficult for students to express their own opinions and share them with others. Management is a practical science. Management skills learning requires a deeper understanding of the connection between theories and the environment. Therefore, the teaching methods should not be limited to lecture and tests. This paper proposes the teaching design of reading-speaking -reflective writing to build up students' abilities of reading comprehension, critical thinking, report writing and oral expression. The results show that students generally have the ability to read and write formal reports, but their ability of reflective writing and speaking is weak. The future curriculum design can be oriented towards strengthening the guidance and practice of reflective writing, and encouraging the oral expression of ideas and opinions in the classroom, in order to strengthen the ability of introspection and communication.
