The research attempts to understand conditions that international enterprises in the different industrial carry out the knowledge management (KM) strategy. That is the enterprises have the roles in the different KM stage and the human resources (HR) function. We designated that four represent company of the different industrial type which were implemented depth interview, and matches the related literature to infer five propositions. The study obtains three important conclusions which establishment coordination control mechanism of the enterprise's KM and HRM, diversification of KM strategy and adjustment of HRM role. Thus, businesses have an urgent need to integrate systematically their knowledge-related resources, there will promote organizational performance and competency, and reduce operating costs.
