飯店業者對大專實習生之期望、感受與滿意度分析

Hoteliers' Expectations and Perceptions toward Interns' Satisfaction

摘要


本研究以曾與大專院校實行建教合作之飯店業者為研究對象,藉由分析飯店業者對大專實習生專業知識能力之實習前的期望,以及完成實習後的評價,其兩者之間的差異,進而獲得飯店業者對於大專實習生的整體滿意度。本研究於全台灣地區共發放446份問卷,回收有效問卷150份。分析結果發現飯店業者對實習生於實習前的期望高過於實習後的評價,因此飯店業者對實習生的整體實習滿意度並不如預期。同時也發現實習生的性別、學歷與學校特性等是會影響飯店業者對實習生的整體滿意度。基於上述發現,本研究建議觀光、休閒、餐旅的相關學校與飯店業者應提供實習生足夠之職前訓練、完善的實習生輔導機制,並提高實習生訓練的品質,以達三方皆贏的最佳成效。

This study aims to investigate the difference between expectations and perceptions of hoteliers to college hospitality students' internship program, and to assess the relationship between the difference and overall satisfaction. A total of 150 usable questionnaires were returned. The main result shows the hoteliers' expectations to college hospitality students higher than perceptions. The results also show that three moderator factors of sex, education and school style all affect the overall satisfaction of hoteliers to college interns. Based on the findings, we recommend that tourism, leisure, and hospitality schools and hoteliers should enhance the quality of internship programs by providing sufficient orientation and integral counseling system.
