危機及危機管理(risk management)已是人類社會中不可或缺的一部分。依據危機發生的頻率(frequency)及嚴重性(severity)可分爲四類,分別爲(1)低度風險,低嚴重性;(2)中度風險,低嚴重性;(3)中度風險,高嚴重性;(4)高度風險,高嚴重性。危機管理在休閒產業亦有其重要性,本研究擬以台灣休閒農場爲例,建立一危機衡量量表,並探討其遊客對休閒農場旅遊環境之危機管理認知、旅遊態度與其間之關係。本研究共訪問411位遊客,研究分析結果發現遊客因其社經背景不同,會部分造成其對休閒農場危機管理認知之差異;遊客因其社經背景不同,會部分造成其對休閒農場旅遊態度之差異;遊客對休閒農場危機管理認知亦會部分影響其對休閒農場之旅遊態度。本研究透過探討休閒農場發生危機的原因,以及危機對遊客的影響,藉此研究爲休閒農場找出最適當的危機管理運作模式,冀能對日後國內各類休閒農場或企業在面對或管理危機時,能從容不迫地化危機爲轉機。
Risk management has become a very important part in human society. According to the frequency and severity of the risk, we segment the risk into four part: (1)Low risk, low severity; (2)Moderate risk, low severity; (3)Moderate risk, high severity; (4)high risk, high severity. However, Risk management is still important to leisure industry. The survey was aimed to build a risk management table for the leisure farm in Taiwan, and to find out the visitor's risk management cognition and the travel attitude of leisure farm and the relationship between each other. The survey was conducted at the leisure farm and 441 useful questionnaires were collected. The results show that visitors of different demographic backgrounds have different risk management cognition, furthermore, visitors’ risk management cognition could influence their travel attitude of leisure farm. The findings of this research are used to find out the best risk management of leisure farm and help them to turn the risk into success.
