休閒運動調適爲居中調節負面壓力並產生正向的調適結果,可做爲維持身心健康的方式,人們爲因應日常生活的各種壓力會產生運動調適和認知,且會藉由參與休閒運動而改善壓力及調節身心健康,因此,休閒運動所扮演的角色至爲重要,本研究的目的旨在利用Iwasaki and Mannell (2000)所發展休閒調適策略的理論與概念,加以修正及改編並建構休閒運動調適量表,本研究採用問卷調查法,透過便利取樣收集研究樣本,研究共分爲二個階段,首先以臺中縣東豐自行車的使用者(共358人)進行量表預試及透過探索性因素分析找出因素結構;此外,另以臺中市大坑步道的登山健行者(共415人)透過驗證性因素分析,依據階段一所形成的因素結構進行理論檢定,經驗證性因素分析結果後發現,假設測量模式之整體適配度良好,而且具有良好的構念信度與聚合效度,後續研究者可參酌本測量模式進行實證研究。
Recreational sport coping can be a way to maintain mental and physical health by coping with negative stress. When people face stress from their daily life, they may participate in exercise to cope with stress, adjust their life style and form their coping behavior and recognition through recreational sport. Therefore, the role played by exercise is important. The study aimed at modifying and developing exercise-coping scale by reviewing Iwasaki and Mannell's (2000) theory and concept of leisure coping behavior. Convenience sampling was used to collect the data via questionnaires. There were two studies involved in this research. First, exploratory factor analysis was used to construct the factor structure by the data collected from 358 bikers at Dung-Feng bikeway in the pre-test. Second, confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine the structure of the scale. The results showed that the data fitted well with the measurement module with good construct reliability and convergent validity. The scale can be used for future researchers.
