國內自行車道形象量表之編製

A Confirmation Analysis for the Scale of the Bikeway Image in Taiwan

摘要


本研究目的旨在建立國內自行車道形象之量表,以及量表之信、效度。本研究工具係以Crompton (1979)與Chen and Tsai (2007)所提出目的地形象的觀點做爲量表之理論基礎,並以較客觀的形象測量方法-固定屬性關聯法進行自行車道形象量表屬性之收集,以自編成「國內自行車道形象量表」之問卷。以立意抽樣之方式選取全國北中南東六條自行車道之騎乘遊客進行問卷之發放,共得466份有效問卷。問卷回收後以項目分析、探索式因素分析、驗證式因素分析刪選試題及模式鑑定,並以複核效度檢定模式之穩定性。研究結果顯示自行車道形象模式經模式修正後,整體模式具有良好之適配性,且其「周圍環境」、「設施管理」與「車道規劃」三因素,以及觀察變項皆具有良好之信、效度,且具有複核效度存在。

The purpose of this study was to develop and verify the reliability and validity of 'Taiwan Bikeway Image Scale'. The Questionnaire of Taiwan Bikeway Image was based on the destination image theory of Crompton (1979) and Chen and Tsai (2007) the Attribute-anchored Conjoint Approach was applied at the relined to collected attributes of bikeway images. A total of 466 valid questionnaires were distributed to riders from six different bikeways in Taiwan. Statistical methods including Item Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Cross Validation were performed. The results indicated that the bikeway image model had suitable model fitness after the bikeway image model was modified. Observed variables and other factors included 'Surrounding Environment', 'Management of Facilities' and 'Plan of Bikeway' had good reliability and validity. Furthermore, the bike image model had good cross validation after the bike image model was verified by the cross validation test.
