運動表現與薪資之關聯性探討－以中華職棒大聯盟十九年爲例

摘要
本研究旨在探討職業運動員的運動表現與其薪資的關聯性，以中華職棒大聯盟19年（2008年）球員之運動表現爲研究對象，以中華職棒大聯盟球員2008年的各項運動表現數據，與球員2009年之月薪進行關聯性探討，本研究之具體結論如下：一、在投手的運動表現方面以無四死球、勝場、完封、奪三振、先發、投球局數、刺殺、投球數等與薪資有較高的正相關，只有防禦率爲較高的負相關；投手的完封場次多、奪三振多、救援成功場次多、守備率高，且敗場次數少，可以獲得較高的薪資。二、在野手的運動表現方面以銀棒指數、打點、壘打數、四壞球、四死球、安打、得分、打席、全壘打等與薪資有較高的正相關；野手的銀棒指數高、犧牲飛球多、年資高、打數多、刺殺數多、四壞球次數多，且三振次數及三壘安打較少，可以獲得較高的薪資。本研究所得預測棒球選手薪資公式可作爲各球團核薪的參考指標，並提供球員及未來國內運動經紀人替球員爭取合理薪資的重要參考依據。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between player's performance and salary. The objects of the study were the data of players' performances in 2008 and per month salary in 2009 of The Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL). The study adopted the statistic method of step regression to analyze the relationship between players' performances and salary. The conclusions were as follows: Firstly, the performances of pitchers' base on balls, wins, shutouts, strikeouts, games started, innings pitched, putouts, pitches count, have higher positive correlation with salary, only earned run average has high negative correlation. Pitchers have finished more shutouts, strikeouts, saves, fielding percentage, but less losses could get more salary. Furthermore, The Performances of fielders' Silver Slugger, runs batted in, total bases on safe hits, base on balls, total BB+IBB+HBP, hits, runs scored, plate appearances, home runs, have higher positive correlation with salary. Fielders with high Silver Slugger, sacrifice flies, tenure, at bats, putouts, base on balls, but less strike outs and triples could get more salary.
