校長家長式領導與體育組長工作投入關係之研究－以高中職學校爲例

摘要

本研究主要探討高中職校長家長式領導與體育組長工作投入之現況，以及高中職校長家長式領導與體育組長工作投入之關係。本研究以臺灣地區486位高中職體育組長爲研究對象，採用自編問卷爲研究工具，共發出研究問卷486份，回收有效問卷257份，有效問卷回收率爲52.88%，並獲得以下結論：高中職體育組長知覺到校長中等程度的家長式領導行爲；高中職體育組長之工作投入屬於中高程度；不同年資與學歷之體育組長，在知覺校長家長式領導有顯著差異；不同婚姻狀況、年資與學歷之體育組長，在工作投入有顯著差異；高中職校長家長式領導與體育組長工作投入呈顯著相關；高中職校長家長式領導各構面對於體育組長整體工作投入具有預測力。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between principals' paternalistic leadership and athletic directors' job involvement in senior high schools. There were 486 athletic directors in senior high schools participated in this study by using a well-developed instrument, with the return of 257 questionnaires. The amount of the valid questionnaires stands for 52.88% of the total amount of the questionnaires those were distributed. The survey data was analyzed by using statistical methods. The results of this study are summarized as the follows: 1. The level of athletic directors' perception of principals' paternalistic leadership is characterized as average. 2. The level of athletic directors' job involvement is characterized as above the average. 3. Athletic directors' perception of principals' paternalistic leadership is affected by seniority and educational background. 4. Athletic directors' job involvement is affected by marital status, seniority and educational background. 5. There is a significant relationship between principals' paternalistic leadership and athletic directors' job involvement. 6. Principals' paternalistic leadership has significant predictability on athletic directors' job involvement.
