目的:旨在探討桌球選手教練領導與選手滿意度和組織氣氛所扮演的角色之關係,並試圖建構因果模式。方法:本研究採用問卷調查法以全國大專校院桌球選手,作爲研究的對象,透過各隊教練之聯繫與協助進行問卷調查,依研究目的及驗証假設之需,本研究運用架構方程模式的統計技術探討其因果意涵。結果:桌球選手其教練領導行爲會透過組織氣氛而對選手滿意度造成影響,因此可知組織氣氛在整個因果模式扮演著中介之角色。結論:桌球選手所感受教練領導行爲愈多,則會反映出較強烈的組織氣氛,進而產生愈多的選手滿意度,建議相關單位,應加強教練領導行爲才能在選手滿意度與組織氣氛產生更多的效益。
Purpose: It is to discuss the relationship among table tennis coach's leadership behavior and athletes' satisfaction and Organizational atmosphere. Method: this study adopted questionnaire as method to invest university student athletes. Through coaches' cooperation with questionnaire investigation, this study use statistical analysis to discuss the results. Result: table tennis coaches' leadership behavior had positive relationship with athletes' satisfaction. As the result, the Organizational atmosphere played an important role. Conclusion: table tennis athletes' received more influence from coaches will express strong effect on organizational atmosphere. Then athletes' express positive satisfaction. The researcher suggested that coach's leadership behavior needs more improvement in order to increase athletes' satisfaction and Organizational atmosphere.
