Physically disabled represent the greatest percentage of people among handicapped population. Because of physical factors, they reduce the possibility to engage in travel activities. The purpose of this study is to explore travel constraint and negotiation strategy of the disabilities, and furthermore to analyze the influence of above mentioned variables on domestic travel participation. The research collected 323 questionnaires to disabilities, conducted confirmatory factor analysis and Order Probit to do the data analysis. The results of the research demonstrate that Structural Constraint, Active Negotiation, Companions on Tourists and Traveling Overseas were found to have significant influence on domestic travel participation. The results of this study could enhance a better understanding of travel constraint of disabilities and suggestions and recommendations for administration organization are also given.
